Marriage Foundation Pier: for multi unit manufactured homes (double, triple

Installed to support the joist where multi unit homes are attached together.

Tie-Down Anchor Seismic System
Designed and installed to firmly attach a manufactured home to any land subject
to high winds, flood zone or seismic areas. Tie Downs are usually installed for
